لو واجهت مشكلة في الخطوط أو عندك اقتراح، راسلنا على:

اذكر موديل الجهاز، إصدار iOS، رقم نسخة التطبيق من الإعدادات، والخطوات التي ظهرت فيها المشكلة. إذا أرفقت صورة، تأكد أنها لا تحتوي معلومات خاصة ما تبي ترسلها.

النسخ غير الحفظ

زر النسخ الصغير بجانب الحفظ تحت المعاينة ينقل النص المزخرف إلى الحافظة. بعدها تقدر تلصقه في تطبيق آخر. زر العلامة المرجعية يحفظ النص داخل «المحفوظات» في الخطوط عشان ترجع له لاحقًا.

بعض الرموز تغيّر شكلها بعد اللصق

قد يختلف شكل الرموز حسب الخط والجهاز والتطبيق الذي لصقت فيه النص. جرّب نمطًا أبسط أو قلّل الزخارف حول الكلام. التطبيق يستخدم نصوص Unicode، ولا يثبّت خطًا أو كيبوردًا على جهازك.

المفضلة والمسودات

النجمة تضيف العنصر إلى مفضلاتك. آخر نص تكتبه يُحفظ كمسودة محلية تلقائيًا. لحفظ أكثر من نتيجة، استخدم زر الحفظ تحت المعاينة. لا تتزامن البيانات عبر حساب، وقد يشملها نسخ جهازك الاحتياطي.

التجربة التعريفية والمظهر

تقدر تعيد التجربة التعريفية من الإعدادات. ومن نفس الصفحة تقدر تختار الوضع الفاتح أو الداكن أو تتبع مظهر النظام.

شراء التطبيق

الإصدار الجديد قيد التجهيز للإطلاق، بخطة شراء مرة واحدة دون اشتراك. بعد الإطلاق، تدير Apple الشراء والتنزيل وطلبات الاسترداد من حسابك. مساعدة Apple للفواتير والاشتراكات.

Copy vs. Save

The small Copy button next to the bookmark below the preview copies your decorated text to the clipboard. The bookmark saves it inside Alkhtot for later.

Text appearance

Unicode decorations can look different in another app or on another device. Choose a simpler style if the destination does not support a symbol. This is not a system keyboard or a font installer. Decorative marks are not grammatical Arabic vocalization.

Local data and settings

Drafts, saved text and favorites stay in local app storage and may be included in device backups. There is no account-based sync. You can replay onboarding and choose a light, dark or system appearance from Settings.

Availability

The new app is being prepared for release, with a one-time purchase model and no subscription. Apple will handle purchases and refunds when it becomes available.
