Information We Collect

• Mood entries saved locally on your device.
• Journal entries or notes if you write them locally.
• App usage analytics through Google Analytics for Firebase.
• Crash logs and diagnostics through Firebase Crashlytics.
• Purchase, subscription, or premium entitlement information through RevenueCat if you use premium features.
• Local reminder notification settings if you enable them.

How We Use Information

Mood and journal entries power the app's mood tracking features. Analytics help us understand general usage patterns. Crashlytics helps diagnose crashes and improve reliability. RevenueCat helps manage purchases, subscriptions, and premium access if those features are offered.

Accounts and Cloud Sync

Gotchi Mood Tracker currently does not use login, user accounts, or cloud sync. Mood entries and journal entries are not synced to a Gotchi cloud account.

Local Notifications

Local reminder notifications are scheduled on your device. They do not require a Gotchi account or cloud sync, and you can turn them off in your device settings.

Third-Party Services

Google Analytics for Firebase, Firebase Crashlytics, and RevenueCat may process limited data needed for analytics, crash diagnostics, purchase handling, subscription status, and premium entitlements.

Data Selling

We do not sell personal data. We do not use mood entries or journal entries for advertising sale.

Delete Data
