Privacy Policy
No Clean Exit stores your game progress and settings on your device. This release does not require an account, use advertising or analytics, or send gameplay data to a developer-operated server.
Information stored on your device
The game saves your current position, choices and their consequences so you can continue your story. It also saves reading preferences, text size, audio and haptic settings, tutorial progress, and whether an episode review request has already been attempted. These records support the game on your device; they are not uploaded to us.
Story text, illustrations and audio are included with the app. Playing the episode does not require a story download or a connection to our servers. We do not provide an account or our own cloud-save service in this release. Your device's backup and restore settings may include app data under Apple's backup services.
Analytics, advertising and tracking
This release does not include analytics, advertising, tracking, or a developer-operated crash reporting service. We do not collect your location, contacts, photos, microphone recordings, device advertising identifier, or gameplay history. We do not sell your personal information.
App Store ratings and reviews
After you complete Episode 01, the game may ask iOS to display Apple's standard rating and review dialog. Apple controls whether the dialog appears and handles your interaction with it. The game does not receive the rating you choose, the text you enter, or confirmation that you submitted a review. We may see a review that Apple makes available through its App Store services.
Apple's services, including downloads, ratings, reviews, and any system diagnostics you choose to share, are governed by Apple's Privacy Policy and your Apple settings.
When you contact support
If you email imagin4ryLabs@gmail.com, we receive the email address and information you choose to include. We use that correspondence to respond, investigate the issue, and maintain a support record. Email is handled by our email provider. Please avoid sending passwords, verification codes or information unrelated to your request.
We keep support correspondence only for as long as reasonably needed to address the request and meet any applicable obligations. You can ask us to delete your support correspondence by contacting the same address.
Managing your information
You can change reading and audio preferences in Settings. Restarting Episode 01 replaces the current story run after confirmation. Deleting the app removes its local app data from that device; backups, if enabled, are managed separately through your device and Apple settings. There is no No Clean Exit account to delete.
This support website
These pages do not embed an analytics tool or advertising. The hosting service receives the technical request information needed to deliver the pages, such as the network address used for the connection. Contacting us by email is optional.
