Terms of Use

These Terms govern your use of DecalFit, provided by imagin4ryLabs. By using DecalFit, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. Apple's Standard End User License Agreement also applies where required by the App Store.

What DecalFit provides

DecalFit helps you create, position, and preview decal concepts on car photos. Features may include local placement tools, original catalog designs, AI-assisted artwork and previews, saved projects, credits, and subscription-based access.

Your content and permissions

You keep your rights in photos, decal artwork, and instructions you submit. You grant DecalFit only the limited permission needed to process your request, operate the service, prevent abuse, and deliver the requested result.

You must own or have permission to use every photo, decal, instruction, trademark, logo, and other material you submit. Do not upload another person's private information or image without the rights and consent required by law.

AI output and real-world use

AI output may be inaccurate, non-unique, or similar to output created for others. DecalFit does not guarantee exclusivity, trademark or copyright registrability, print readiness, exact color or dimensions, material compatibility, vehicle-surface safety, or installation outcome.

Before producing or applying a decal, confirm dimensions, materials, visibility, road-safety requirements, manufacturer guidance, and local laws. Use a qualified printer or installer where appropriate.

Credits and AI requests

• The app shows the applicable credit cost before generation.
• A completed and accepted AI request consumes the displayed amount.
• A failed or rejected request is not intended to consume a user credit.
• A deliberate regenerate or new preview is a new request.
• A technical retry using the same request identifier is not intended to create a second charge.

Credits and passes are limited, non-transferable service entitlements. They have no cash value and may be corrected or revoked after a refund, chargeback, fraud, or duplicate transaction.

Purchases, subscriptions, and refunds

Prices and availability displayed by Apple at purchase are controlling. Apple processes the payment. Subscriptions renew under Apple's terms unless canceled through your App Store subscription settings. Deleting a DecalFit account does not cancel an Apple subscription. Refunds and billing disputes are handled under Apple's policies.

You can manage subscriptions at Apple Subscriptions and use Restore Purchases inside DecalFit for supported products.

Acceptable use

You may not use DecalFit to:

• Violate law, vehicle regulations, or another person's intellectual-property, privacy, or publicity rights.
• Impersonate another person or submit content you do not have permission to use.
• Create or distribute harmful, deceptive, illegal, or abusive content.
• Bypass authentication, app-integrity checks, rate limits, credits, budgets, or other security controls.
• Automate abusive requests, interfere with the service, reverse engineer protected service components, or introduce malware.

Account responsibility

You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your Apple, Google, and device access secure. Link sign-in methods from the same DecalFit account before switching if you want account-backed credits and accepted AI jobs to remain together.

Availability and changes

Service availability, AI providers, models, features, prices, limits, and supported devices may change. DecalFit may pause or restrict requests to protect users, budgets, security, provider capacity, or legal compliance. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Suspension and termination

DecalFit may limit or suspend access where reasonably necessary to investigate fraud, abuse, security risk, repeated policy violations, or legal requirements. You may stop using DecalFit at any time and can request account deletion through the in-app account screen.

Disclaimers

To the extent allowed by law, DecalFit is provided “as is” and “as available.” imagin4ryLabs disclaims implied warranties that cannot lawfully be excluded, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Nothing in these Terms removes consumer rights that cannot be waived in your location.

Limitation of liability

To the extent allowed by law, imagin4ryLabs is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss; lost profits or data; or damage arising from printing, installation, removal, vehicle modification, provider interruption, or reliance on an AI preview. Applicable law may give you rights that override part of this section.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as DecalFit, its providers, or legal requirements change. The effective date identifies the current published version. Continued use after an update means the revised Terms apply where permitted by law.
